High-Temperature Superheated Steam Pyrolysis System Fire Steamer
A super tool that decomposes and neutralizes even dioxins to protect GAIA.
The enforcement of the Organic Waste-Related Law has accelerated the need to improve the treatment methods for various organic residues. Until now, the treatment of organic residues has mostly involved incineration and landfilling. However, these methods require measures against harmful substances such as dioxins, which incur significant costs. The impact on local residents is also a serious issue. STG and Econo's Japan have focused on high-temperature superheated steam as a means to safely recycle organic matter. We have developed a new technology called "Fire Steamer" that thermally decomposes organic residues in a manner completely different from incineration, which requires oxygen. "Fire Steamer" is a new technology that superheats the steam passing through it. When steam is superheated, it becomes superheated steam. This superheated steam has a very high thermal efficiency, achieving a heat transfer rate more than ten times that of dry high-temperature hot air. By generating superheated steam at around 800°C with "Fire Steamer" and applying it to organic residues, thermal decomposition can be safely achieved in a reducing atmosphere in a short time.
